Service was slow, but what really bugged me is they didn’t call out my name when my drink was ready. They seemed to be calling out for everybody else, so the only reason I can think of is because my name is difficult to pronounce for many English speakers. I wouldn’t have been as upset if they had tried and gotten it wrong, as that’s pretty normal for me. Overall, the experience left me very upset after I left.
We come to this location when we come up to see our daughter and we stay at the courtyard Marriott. It’s close by. We come in the morning and the crew is outstanding. Very personable, have some of the best customer service skills. Plus, Franklin loves seeing them. They are very quick to offer him a pup cup, which she loves.
Least friendly vibe of any Starbucks I have been to visit.
