I arrived and walked in. I was the only person in the store. No one acknowledged me three people working behind the counter. Continue to do their jobs. I stood there for four minutes still no one acknowledged me. I turned around, and I walked out if you don't have the resources to have someone to work the counter at least have the courtesy to say I'll be with you in a moment.
Worker was very rude even after I went out of my way to be kind to her. I was excited and told her it was my birthday and came in for my birthday reward. I didn't have the physical Starbucks card so I asked her if she could look it up and she had an attitude and told me no (which I'm not sure how they can't look up their OWN rewards system but I digress). Unfortunately, this has to be the worst Starbucks in Monroeville. The only thing that earned 3 stars was the cashiers who take the orders in drive thru. I returned to this location about 7 times thinking things would change here and it has not ( at least for me). The drinks are ALWAYS watered down, over iced or lacking something. I hope management will take this review and really do some digging into the poor quality items that leave that drive thru. Not all Starbucks locations are the same - this one is exceptional! Very friendly & helpful staff at all times. Have never been served the improper drink. Never been served without a smile
