Unfortunately, this has to be the worst Starbucks in Monroeville. The only thing that earned 3 stars was the cashiers who take the orders in drive thru. I returned to this location about 7 times thinking things would change here and it has not ( at least for me). The drinks are ALWAYS watered down, over iced or lacking something. I hope management will take this review and really do some digging into the poor quality items that leave that drive thru. Not all Starbucks locations are the same - this one is exceptional! Very friendly & helpful staff at all times. Have never been served the improper drink. Never been served without a smile
