I continue to be baffled at the fact that I order drinks here with VERY light ice and they continue to serve me things like, I don’t know…A THIRD OF THE CUP filled with ice. Train your baristas better or keep losing customers over not caring to make their drinks right. 4 sips and the whole venti drink is gone. Do better.
I was in this establishment for 25 minutes waiting for a coffee while the employees were simply talking to each other. service rating 0
This new location is always on point! Friendly service and great drinks. They always move a line quickly too.
