Very short staffed. Felt bad for the workers but ended up not getting a drink because I saw so many people waiting for long amounts of time and checking on their drink orders.
I gave it two stars because the drinks were good, but the wait was ridiculous. We put in a mobile order to be ready at 12:45. We were in line at 12:40. Didn’t give them our name until 12:45. They were putting cars through so slowly we didn’t get our drinks until 1 pm. He handed us 4 drinks in a drink tray he should have doubled because my husband about dropped them it was so flimsy. They really need to do something about how long it takes them. We never have wait issues at the Clemmons location.
When I’m indecisive the drive thru hates to see me coming, but Jos was so patient and helped me figure out my order. Bonus stars since the drink ended up being so good Ive ordered it three times now. Thank you so much Jos for helping me out!
