Ordered a Venti Iced-White Mocha with 5 shots today. Because of the amount of shots in the drink, the drink is extremely warm at the bottom. For years, at multiple other Starbucks locations, I have been able to request a Trenta Cup of Ice, so that I can pour my drink into it and cool it off better. However, this location refused me a Trenta Cup of Ice. I was offered a Trenta Cup of Ice Water, but not allowed a Trenta Cup of Ice. Busy location offers a drive up service
My husband and I went inside to this Starbucks on January 25, 2025. He stood in line for a disrespectful amount of time. The store manager and a female customer chatted like they were on a break. I am not sure what they were talking about, but it did not seem important for others to wait in line for. Even though the customer was self-absorbed, your store manager should have asked her to step aside and inform her that he has customers in line waiting. Very unprofessional.
