Just coffee no place to sit
We have been coming to this location several times a week for 10+ years and we used to love it. We dont even live nearby but, have always driven out of our way because of the quality and the service! Now, it takes 20 mins to get 2 drinks when the app states that it will be 5-8 mins and the service is consistently slow and, from our experience, most of the employees are not friendly.
Hi, I feel like I need to share hopefully this store will be informed so they can better the service. But I placed my order online and after picking up my order, the sandwich was cold and the coffee was half empty and was missing the additional toppings I added and paid for. It's probably the 3rd time this happens on this location. Sadly I'll stop coming to this location. Thank you.
