I have been coming to this location for a while and for my go to matcha drink which is also really good, and the baristas have always been kind, professional, and helpful whenever I have interacted with them. They are the ones who make this location feel welcoming. One time there is a problem with my order. I am beyond disappointed with the service at this location. I placed an order through the app with a promise time of 6:56 AM. When I arrived, my breakfast sandwich was sitting there, but my drink was nowhere to be found. I checked with a barista who didn't even bother to ask for the name on my order they just gave me a dismissive "it should be right out." The new staff at this store need more training. young girls at the window do not care about customer service. horrible service and attitude.The other staff who have been there longer are ok but get the new ones and you better double check your order!
