The barista was so kind and made our drinks so amazing :)
If the person making the drinks doesnt know how to make the drinks without literally calling someone for help, consider scheduling another employee to be there who knows the menu. Or even have a booklet with the recipes. Highly unprofessional, I feel bad for the girl who had to work under such pressure.
They literally forgot about my order. Servering everyone that was behind me with their orders. I had to ask about my order and they literally forgot.
I usually come here with my daughter because it is right by my place. Well we came in today 2/22/25 around 5 pm to pick up groceries for dinner. We walked up to the register and the 2 girls are just talking. One took my order and my daughter's while the other one sat right behind her drinking her drink and spacing out. From what I remember when I worked at a Starbucks kiosk not too long ago, you cant have your phones or drinks on the floor.
