I came to this Starbucks on a Saturday morning and the supervisor Minh was amazing !!! He was understanding and patient with me while I ask for recommendations on the teas because I am pregnant and can not consume any caffeine. I would come here again, as the staff is outstanding.
They give fine service and usually make the drinks correct. However.. Asking mobile order guests to wait 5 minutes before entering drive through.. why? Their is absolutely difference between me mobile ordering and IMMEDIATELY coming to pick up, vs me ordering at the window. I do not care if it just printed even though i entered it 3 minutes ago. You should not make your computer issues your guests problem. Make the drink, give good service, and stop complaining that I'm too early.
