Love the staff here. Very friendly and they make coming here more than just coffee and matchas. Would give them more than 5 stars if I could.
My initial introduction to this Starbucks was not good. That being said this is starting to become my favorite Starbucks. I've dealt with Joey multiple times and it is always a pleasure, even with him being busy he still brought my drinks to the table. Joey is definitely a valued employee there. Please continue with the great service and thank you.
I went on Monday and ordered a venti latte. They gave me a grande size, I couldn’t go back the same day. Tuesday I went back and told them they gave me the wrong size the day before and I was basically told I was a liar because “they don’t mess up like that.” I’m not new to Starbucks and this is not the same attitude I receive at other locations when there is a mistake with my order.
