I said my order on the speaker. The worker asked me a question. I told her I read lips. She then yelled at me. I told her I have a hearing disability. She yelled louder. I raised my voice to tell her to just let me say my order. She interrupted and yelled at me. Six times. I asked for the manager. I went up to the window and it was the manager who yelled at me that she was asking me if I wanted anything else on my sandwich and told me that since everybody before me understood her that I should too. This Starbucks is bizarre. They insist on putting a lid on my cold drink. Then I have to pry the lid off to add my sweetener spilling my drink. Ask to have it to drink there and no lid, that is ok so I have to get it for there, Ask for a to go cup and then pour it into the togo cup. Lid nazis.
There is a manager called Kal with very bad customer service
I always have such a good experience at this location. Their staff is very friendly and their drinks always come out so good! Their manager is also so sweet and accommodating! A+ all around!
