Hay was incredibly nice!! Standout Starbucks employee :)
We bought cappuccino from here during our travel. Almost half of the cup was empty. When we realized, we went back to let them know, but instead of correcting their mistake, they said “this is normal to have it half” and they did nothing. We have been the same stuff all the time from other Starbucks and this is the first time it is like this. They are just ripping you off knowing that you will not be a constant customer in a rest area. Buy your drinks from somewhere else.
Baristas were so nice and accommodating, super easy to order online
