Mobile ordering here is the worst, every single time I get a drink here it is usually made incorrectly. The time I tried to talk to a barista she listened to me then completely ignored my request to fix it (I’ve asked multiple times). Edit: I spoke to the manager and he more than covered for the mistake made! I appreciate his customer service and will continue ordering from here throughout my time at the university I always mobile order here to beat the wait and make it to class on time. Today was no different, however when I sat down in my 8 AM class and took my first sip I realized they’d made my drink wrong.
