I really like this Starbucks. I go every year during band camp and they've never messed up my orders and are always very nice.
Mobile ordering here is the worst, every single time I get a drink here it is usually made incorrectly. The time I tried to talk to a barista she listened to me then completely ignored my request to fix it (I’ve asked multiple times). I know it’s a bunch of college students working here and the rush can get really bad but there has to be a way they can fix their problems because the way they are running things is impacting the quality of their service.
