There was no one in front of me when I order my lunch at the counter. I thought service would be quicker than last time. A woman who worked in HT came after me and placed her order and left. i haven’t had a good experience with this place in years. i placed a mobile order today and they simply just ignored it. i had placed it at my house 20 minutes prior to arriving at the store and when i got there my order hadn’t even been started and the employees hadn’t even known it came through. once i asked for it they got straight on it, but they made my drink completely wrong. i ordered a peppermint mocha and they didn’t even put in peppermint, nor did they fill the cup up all the way. i’m a barista myself and it is abs... read more
