01/17 update - since my initial review, we have been to this Starbucks several more times and have always had a good experience. Today JULIANA had made my drink and did a great job and was very professional. My dad and I just picked up a drink for Dave a few minutes ago. Patricia made the drink perfectly. A lot of Starbucks always mess up the shaken espressos, but she knows her stuff.
Service is slightly slower than other Starbucks but just as good!
