Went into Starbucks to treat myself to a pink drink. I order it the same way everytime. No ice no fruit venti which is 20oz. Ill attach the picture this isnt even 8oz. Then the employee wants to argue with me and says that Starbucks policy is they dont fill up the drink because of no ice(even with ice in the cup its still not even close to full). Hayley Velasco made one of the best dark chocolate coconut mocha I ever had.
Lady was not friendly or customer facing. Was not at counter when myself and another person was in line. When she showed up was fixing her phone before helping us after waiting 5 min
Closed early. Showed up at 7 and they said they were closed when it shows 8pm. Fix the times on the site if it closes at 7 please.
We drove 10 miles to get our coffee because most of the branches were closed at 7:00 pm. We arrived 7:30 pm on May 18th and they said we put all equipments at the dishwasher and then they said we’re on break which’s funny getting a break at the last 15 minutes
