Hayley Velasco made one of the best dark chocolate coconut mocha I ever had.
Lady was not friendly or customer facing. Was not at counter when myself and another person was in line. When she showed up was fixing her phone before helping us after waiting 5 min
Closed early. Showed up at 7 and they said they were closed when it shows 8pm. Fix the times on the site if it closes at 7 please.
We drove 10 miles to get our coffee because most of the branches were closed at 7:00 pm. We arrived 7:30 pm on May 18th and they said we put all equipments at the dishwasher and then they said we’re on break which’s funny getting a break at the last 15 minutes
Closed early at 4:50pm when it states online it closes at 8pm. Totally understand if they closed early due to staffing, but we weren't told that and instead we waited in line for the baristas to tell us they were only serving the person in front of us. Please update your hours online!
