I ordered a single BACON egg cheese sandwich, something I thought was pretty basic. I was the only person in line. How in the world does Starbucks just forget to put bacon on their bacon sandwich? Good lord

I usually go to a different store location closer to my house, but decided to give this one a try. I’ve been here three times in one week and they continuously messed up the Oat milk Lavender Matcha drink. The cold foam on top is a milk froth instead of a cold foam and does not taste like lavender — if anything the drink tastes like regular dairy milk and they forgot to add the lavender. I’m not talking about the color. Other locations usually don’t make the same mistake three times. Very disappointing for a $7 drink!

The new jalapeño chicken pocket is NOT worth the price. There were two little pieces of chicken in it, and it was very small. Definitely is not what the picture they advertise. The service was mid today. Seems every time I order a food item and drink, I have to ask them for my food item, and they never give the condiments or napkins. Do better Starbucks! Prices go up, and quality, quantity, and service are going down.
