Stopped by the Starbucks in Fredericksburg and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. I ordered a Caramel Macchiato and it was made perfectly—great flavor and just the right balance of coffee and caramel. If you’re in the area and looking for a good coffee stop, I definitely recommend it.
They close earlier than 8 and will refuse to open the door and take your order. Showed up at 7:45pm and they were “closed” whatever. Didn’t want to support their store anyways.
I do not like Starbucks but my daughter loves it! We stopped here to get her favorite Carmel crunch frozen drink (I get one also) yesterday John was on the microphone in the drive thru and his customer service wasvtop tier. I don't think he was trying to do anything "special" you could tell he was just enjoying his job! I wanted to tell John and team Thanks for the excellent customer service 👍
