I've been a regular at this Starbucks for about a year now and usually have a great experience. However, today I placed a mobile order for a Spicy Falafel Pocket, Avocado Spread, and an Impossible Breakfast Sandwich — but I was given the Chicken Pocket and a regular Sausage Sandwich instead. If there were a trophy for the most disrespectful and terrible employee, Edwin would have a whole shelf of them by now.
Came here (July 2nd 7:10 PM maybe you can figure out who was taking drive thru orders) and the girl taking orders was extremely rude over me trying to buy a water. Didn’t even offer an alternative as to what I could purchase to get the water. Just a super rude “NO.” And not another word went inside and the guy was nice and helped.
