A terrible experience!! And this isn't the first or second time!! The person taking my order completely ignores my requests and just writes down the drink name. I clearly showed her the picture and told her what I wanted, but she seemed oblivious. She didn't smile the entire time, not even a "thank you." The barista was equally indifferent. When the coffee was almost ready, I asked the barista, "Is this two pumps of sugar and oat milk?" She answered "yes." Ordered a iced caramel latte, there was no caramel syrup in it. Customer service was so so
The customer service was very disappointing. Having a bad day doesn’t justify treating customers with attitude. I was charged for add-ons that I never received, and overall, it was not a pleasant experience. If possible, I would give zero stars.
