The employee named Emily is very rude and has a bad attitude
I don’t expect much from a minimum wage barista (I was there once too) but the baristas are frequently miserable. I went in well before closing and had an off putting interaction. I smiled and said hello and didn’t receive anything in return, she didn’t tell me my total, she didn’t mention when the drink was done; just dropped it on the counter without saying anything. I hated customers too but I was never deliberately miserable to the kind ones.
Love to see all the reviews are deleted because this store location is awful and the workers look absolutely miserable to be even working less the fact have got my order wrong multiple times. Embarrassing
Our experience was nothing short of unacceptable. Were we there 20 minutes before close? Yes. Did we order anything hard to make? No. The barista refused to give the common curiously of speaking to us, rolled her eyes when we walked up, and slammed her hand on the counter when we ordered. I am nothing short of disappointed.
Mean barista and made me wait 10 mins for my drink while my drink was sitting in the blender. Also could’ve just handed me a straw when I asked instead of telling me where they are without an attitude
