Terrible staff.
The girl was slow and so confusion and she wasn’t look too friend to the customer And the shift was on Wednesday Feb 4, afternoon shift.
A terrible experience!! And this isn't the first or second time!! The person taking my order completely ignores my requests and just writes down the drink name. I clearly showed her the picture and told her what I wanted, but she seemed oblivious. She didn't smile the entire time, not even a "thank you." The barista was equally indifferent. When the coffee was almost ready, I asked the barista, "Is this two pumps of sugar and oat milk?" She answered "yes." But when I tasted it, it was completely different from what I wanted.... read more
