Slowest trip ever. One person in front of us inside. Took over 15 minutes. Watched at least 6-8 cars go through drivethru. Pathetic business model to take care of one line over the others who were there first.
The staff members are exceptionally courteous, and I appreciate the manner in which they inscribe messages on the cups. It truly enhances my experience.
No inside seating.
I'm not typically a Starbucks fan simply because I just like a nice hot cup of strong coffee. But, this location was on the was from my hotel to my office this week. I ordered from the app 5 minutes before I left and it was ready at 5:30am every morning. I was greeted with a smile and a "have a great day" during the 5 seconds we interacted. It was a pleasant experience. I plan on getting more cups of coffee from Starbucks going forward.
