Very disappointing experience. The drinks were made incorrectly, and when I politely asked about fixing them, the employee helping me (Stephanie) was extremely rude and dismissive. What made it worse was that the store wasn’t even busy at the time, so there really wasn’t any reason for the attitude. Horrible experience. We waited when no one was in line. The prices were wrong. A grande banana bread matcha was 5.95. I asked for a tall and Stephanie had told me it’d be 7.85 I said the price for a medium is 5.95 so I don’t understand why a tall is more. She simply said the button isn’t on her screen. So I asked for her to change it. Very rude employee and horrible customer service. I had asked for extra cold foam and it was a banana matcha. Terrible experience. Waited in line (no one else in line) for nearly 10 min and finally just ordered in the app after being ignored. Took up way too much time of my day. Will never come back.
Gave me a hot coffee instead of ice. The lady in front of me also had the same issue. The manager Michelle has 0 people skills and is rude
