Terrible experience. Waited in line (no one else in line) for nearly 10 min and finally just ordered in the app after being ignored. Took up way too much time of my day. Will never come back.
Gave me a hot coffee instead of ice. The lady in front of me also had the same issue. The manager Michelle has 0 people skills and is rude
I like Starbucks but judging from my own experience and other comments here, the baristas fall short. I’m guessing they are short staffed often, so it’s not all them to blame. But 90% of my trips here I feel as if I am bothering the baristas by being there. Wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks if you can pick yours up elsewhere.
Online ordering is in, but the Starbucks isn’t open. Poor management and a waste of time!
