As an owner of a business this Starbucks needs HELP. I’m taking a trip and came in to get coffee and road snacks and they are not working as a team and keep messing up my order one Employee says I need to repay the other one says that they need to just remake it and they’re arguing with each other. Absolutely insane. Whoever is the district leader for the Starbucks needs to get in here.
Avoid this location. I watched as everyone got their order before me. Then after I asked when mine drink would be ready I was told it was being made. 10mins later I was told they were almost done. Mind you all I got was a ice coffee. Ridiculous! No need for the stank faces.
