When a client places an order for a drink, can the staff ask for the size ? They chose the size of the drink as default and make the client pay for it. Also if a client didn’t understand the question asked by the staff, can they nicely repeat the question instead of saying that they asked a question and are waiting for the client answer. This is not the kind of service that is expected considering the price of the products that the company offers. Can do better.
