Girl at the drive through around 11am was miserable. No hi, bye, smile. Nothing. I’m the kind of person to stop and ask how workers days are going and try to make them feel appreciated. Definitely going to Oakland Starbucks in the future.
I come to this location regularly and all of the workers provide excellent service but yesterday I was helped by a girl Alexa I believe and she was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Why chose to clock in at a job you look so miserable at and are horrible at. Get a better attitude or quit. Seriously needs some retraining. Hope to not see her at my next visit.
The worst service at this location. Staff needs serious customer service training.
