- coffee was not that great at all. Just tasted really off and kind of watered down. - staff were friendly and the service was quick. - place was clean and organized. - prices are normal for the area. - over just bad coffee so didn't give high star rating.
Coffee always tastes great. The baristas do an amazing job, and they always make me feel welcome even when I’m rushing to work. Found a strawberry on my matcha with cold foam and it made my day. Thank you ❤️
My job put in an online order for pickup, 4 drinks. My refresher was totally wrong, no dragonfruit in my mango dragonfruit refresher and no espresso shot in my bosses drink. I walked over and told them my problem. Not a single word was spoken to me, not even an apology. One lady grabbed my cup and handed my issue off to someone else who promptly made a me a new one and unceremoniously handed it over. If you sell overpriced drinks, maybe hire overly friendly employees.
The baristas are mostly friendly, courteous and helpful but not all of them are nice.
