My job put in an online order for pickup, 4 drinks. My refresher was totally wrong, no dragonfruit in my mango dragonfruit refresher and no espresso shot in my bosses drink. I walked over and told them my problem. Not a single word was spoken to me, not even an apology. One lady grabbed my cup and handed my issue off to someone else who promptly made a me a new one and unceremoniously handed it over. If you sell overpriced drinks, maybe hire overly friendly employees.
The baristas are mostly friendly, courteous and helpful but not all of them are nice.
The coffee was fine, but the service was disappointing. We brought our specially purchased Starbucks cups as we do in other locations, but the staff refused to use them due to "health violations." Unlike other Starbucks stores, they also declined to rinse or clean the cups before use. It's frustrating to encounter such inconsistent policies, especially when other branches are more accommodating and environmentally conscious.
We wanted to throw away one small paper bowl, a napkin and a toothpick and they wouldn't take our trash
