I went into this location to purchase several gift cards only a little while before closing time. The young man at the counter, Sebastian, was very patient and accommodating in making sure that every activation receipt was with the correct gift card in the envelopes. He has a great attitude and is definitely an asset to the store.
I order a pink drink with chocolate cold foam last night and the milk was bad it didn’t blend well and it didn’t taste good at I called and they gave a new one today but it was still the same issue can I get a refund ? Because this is ridiculous !!
There was very hard plastic in my almost $6 drink yesterday. I very politely brought it to the attention of the manager...she said, "oh, ok, thanks." Didn't even offer to make me a new drink.
You pay a lot and they don't even care about customer service, so I got my drink after 15 minutes of waiting.only foam
