November 11 at 3:30 PM I am writing to provide feedback regarding a disappointing interaction I had with an employee this afternoon while attempting to use a mobile app promotion. I was attempting to use the current $3 coupon and simply asked the employee if the coupon was applicable to any size drink. Was not greeted or acknowledged upon approach. The one girl working was wearing Kroger gear and was rushing around like she was on fire to get one coffee out to the guest before me. After completing their order she apologized and stated she was "just filling in". I ordered a pumpkin chai latte with two shots of espresso and a pumpkin loaf with a side of butter.
