"I love this Starbucks location! The baristas are always incredibly friendly and remember my name. My Caramel Macchiato was crafted perfectly—not too sweet and served at the perfect temperature. It’s a great spot to get some work done because the ambiance is cozy and the Wi-Fi is reliable. Highly recommended!"

November 11 at 3:30 PM I am writing to provide feedback regarding a disappointing interaction I had with an employee this afternoon while attempting to use a mobile app promotion. I was attempting to use the current $3 coupon and simply asked the employee if the coupon was applicable to any size drink.
