I cannot express how amazing both David and Dana are. I have been coming to this specific Starbucks since September due to moving for work! I was bummed and going to miss my old Starbucks. But these two TRULY make my mornings so much better with who they are and how they treat others such as myself. Not to mention the service is always fast and lattes are the BEST. Thank you Dana and David for always putting a smile on and making my mornings positive. You two really are genuine and so kind! The best around.
Hello, I recently moved to Carmel and started visiting this Starbucks location because it is close to my home. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. I was waiting at the bar to receive my drink while several employees were standing around talking. That’s really frustrating—I get why you’re upset. When you go to a place regularly, especially one close to home where you work from, you expect at least basic respect and attention. Being ignored by (( joey and Megan )) while joke around behind the counter feels dismissive, and it’s not what customer service should be at all.
