I visited your store recently and had a very disappointing experience. The employee I interacted with, I believe his name was Joe, was extremely unprofessional. Instead of helping me, he was wasting time behind the counter and didn’t seem interested in assisting customers. When I asked to speak to a manager, he told me that he was the manager, which made the situation even more frustrating. I did not feel welcomed or respected at all. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
I visit this store when I’m in Carmel for work. It used to be my favorite one, but now with this new crew, especially that unprofessional young white guy, that I don’t wanna mention the name, I’ve changed my mind about coming to this location. I miss the old crew because they always gave me a warm welcome and made me feel good.
I walked in today to get my items at 6:45 am because the drive thru was full and moving slow. My food was ready and I grabbed that. One girl at the bar was making drinks, and another guy, Justin, was making drinks and flirting. I waited 5 minutes for my drink. I saw it was on the bar and I asked someone to look to see if it was mine. No one would. I left. If people hadn't been flirting with customers then my drink wouldn't have been forgotten on the bar. I drive further to this Starbucks because my mocha Frappuccino is always the perfect balance. Other stores make them too chocolaty. Kudos to the baristas at 116th & Keystone!
