Not from here visiting family. The guy taking our order was nice and I did a custom drink. It turned out good.
The girls working here have been trashing their coworkers in expletive-riddled rants for the past 25 minutes or so. Loud enough to pollute my ear holes. Not a fan. The trash was also overflowing. So two times trashy. A customer just walked out and said, “thank you” as he walked by the counter. Both workers totally ignored him. Three strikes, shame on me?
I visited your store recently and had a very disappointing experience. The employee I interacted with, I believe his name was Joe, was extremely unprofessional. Instead of helping me, he was wasting time behind the counter and didn’t seem interested in assisting customers. When I asked to speak to a manager, he told me that he was the manager, which made the situation even more frustrating. I did not feel welcomed or respected at all. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
