Edit: I came back. My venti hot drink had an empty top inch and a half. I'm just not coming back again. Usually a great experience but the female staff member who made my drinks this morning was rude. I ordered two venti flat whites with oat milk. Stepped outside with our drinks and realized it was regular milk.
