The crew here is always great! Never have had an issue stopping here when I work downtown.
Stood in line a good 10 minutes, which is understandable on a busy day. After placing my order, I noticed probably about 15 to 20 mobile orders get processed while still seeing myself and many other people ahead of me standing around who’d also ordered in- person. Usually a great experience but the female staff member who made my drinks this morning was rude. I ordered two venti flat whites with oat milk. Stepped outside with our drinks and realized it was regular milk. Things happen, so I went back in and apologized for the trouble but asked if they could remake them since regular milk would destroy myself and my friend at work. Lyril My matchs is usually good but this was probably the best latte I've had in a while. It was clean, warm, and the service was amazing.
