Edit: I came back. My venti hot drink had an empty top inch and a half. I'm just not coming back again. Usually a great experience but the female staff member who made my drinks this morning was rude. I ordered two venti flat whites with oat milk. Stepped outside with our drinks and realized it was regular milk. Things happen, so I went back in and apologized for the trouble but asked if they could remake them since regular milk would destroy myself and my friend at work.
