Horrible service nd I was actually nice to them. Asked for easy ice nd they filled it to the top with ice .when I was paying she didn’t even hold the machine right for tap she held it by the string the only reason I come here cuz I work nearby by but best believe next time I come here u not gonna like me
Bought a iced green tea latte. With no ice. It had alot of foam in it. Going back today. To speak with management. I asked if the drink was cold without ice. I was told it's refrigerated. Will give an update. Got my replaced iced matcha tea. Found it this drink needs to have ice in. To prevent clumps and lots of foam. Thanks management for responding. Got my the drink again.
