Waited in a long line for them to be sold out of the item they didn’t have and didn’t tell me when I initially ordered via drive thru. Then asked me if I wanted something else, if I wanted something else I would’ve ordered it smh.
This is the worst location I have every been too the line is always long orders are always wrong they take they time and have very nasty attitude Xavier was very rude I will never spend money at this location again

The slowest Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. I’m not sure what’s going on at this location, but the efficiency is non-existent. I arrived at 5:47 PM and was still sitting in the drive-thru 20 minutes later and there were only four cars ahead of me! They move at a turtle’s pace regardless of whether you order at the window or place a mobile order ahead of time. It’s just as bad inside.
