The worst oatmeal I have ever had from a starbucks
Took 30 minutes to get through the drive through at 6:40 am with two cars in front of me. Slow and terrible service
Mobile orders are NEVER ready on time. You’ll still wait an additional 15 minutes. Then I ordered a Venti drink and this was the result. I’ve order this so many times and this is the first time I’ve received this grande in a Venti cup. I was shocked to see my name on the cup. Please provide help to this location. Too many orders and not enough help.
I'll start by acknowledging that today is Thanksgiving, but if Starbucks is open, we should expect at least decent customer service. My husband and I visited this location on our way to a family vacation, hoping to enjoy some of our favorite Starbucks drinks.
