I usually have a great experience at this location and stop in almost every morning. The team is normally warm, friendly, and efficient, which is why I continue to choose this Starbucks. However, this morning’s visit was disappointing. The young lady handling the mobile orders did not display the usual Starbucks warmth or sense of urgency that regular customers expect.
