The lady was doing the drink was so rude she throw it in the counter and when I asked her that it’s not exactly what I need she gave me a bad look and keep looking at the label but there was a young man who came by and fixed my drink . I usually get my normal drink from Starbucks and never face something like that , the workers at Starbucks usually are very nice and understanding. I was so disappointed with that attitude.
just had the nastiest interaction with the woman working the register this morning! she’s talking to everyone like they’re dumb in regards to the espresso machine being down but she herself don’t even know what drinks are espresso based or not, her attitude was appalling and i don’t care that u hate ur job, treat everyone with a base amount of respect and kindness! have a messed up day!
the coffee machine has been broken for more than a week. Impossible to understand why they cant put a replacement in within 1 day, let alone a week. I keep coming here ONLY because it is across from my work with nothing else being convenient. Even with the machine the mocha is a 3/10, especially compared to other starbucks where it is at least 9/10. The staff do not care at all.
