If I could give a negative 5 I would. But the interaction I received appears to be normal at this establishment. I read through the comments because I thought boy are they rude, and to my surprise there are several comments displayed showing how rude the staff is at this particular Starbucks. Clearly the manager/owner is just responding for face value but he/she isn’t doing anything about the poor customer service.

Everyone in this establishment was rude. I walked up to the counter to order a drink, and although no one came over right away, I understood that the staff was busy. However, I overheard a staff member with pinkish hair tell a coworker with red locs, “They can wait,” and they proceeded to ignore me. This was my medium coffee after all the froth was gone. I didn’t have time to go back to get the rest of my latte.

The lady was doing the drink was so rude she throw it in the counter and when I asked her that it’s not exactly what I need she gave me a bad look and keep looking at the label but there was a young man who came by and fixed my drink . I usually get my normal drink from Starbucks and never face something like that , the workers at Starbucks usually are very nice and understanding. I was so disappointed with that attitude.
