They never take cash for the evening shift coming in. There is never a sign up stating card only. They let you order then say oh we are only taking card right now. If you order on the app and you order too early they will trash your items and are not willing to remake it and you just loss your money. It’s always something at this location. Employees have to go to another Starbucks to get coffee before coming to work just because the service is horrible.

Got the worst ice latte ever at the hospital store! It was a cup of water down milk on ice. Service was horrible too. Why do people go there? Panera is just few stairs away.

If I could give a negative 5 I would. But the interaction I received appears to be normal at this establishment. I read through the comments because I thought boy are they rude, and to my surprise there are several comments displayed showing how rude the staff is at this particular Starbucks. Clearly the manager/owner is just responding for face value but he/she isn’t doing anything about the poor customer service.

Everyone in this establishment was rude. I walked up to the counter to order a drink, and although no one came over right away, I understood that the staff was busy. However, I overheard a staff member with pinkish hair tell a coworker with red locs, “They can wait,” and they proceeded to ignore me. After several other people got in line, my order was finally taken by a rude cashier. To make matters worse, the banana bread I ordered was burnt. This experience was very disappointing.
