Ordered a drink but it was made incorrectly. Instead of simply remaking it I was told that this isn’t a “corporate store” and that “they do things differently here”. Can someone tell me why they have 9 employees here if they can’t make drinks the right way? I’ll never order a drink from here again.
Horrible customer service, and poorly prepped coffee. Nothing was done to fix the issue, instead the barista decides to double down and serve more of the same again. The sweet cream cold brew is pre-mixed nitro cold brew coffee with sweet cream inside a fountain dispenser. The result is a mix that’s 90% cream and 10% coffee. cream is supposed to be served on top. Awful and rude.
Top crew here. I have traveled the east coast and this a top team led by Dan the man and Winifred. They are very professional and Dan really takes customer service to higher levels. A joy!!!
