We stop my here at least once a week. Im not from Milledgeville, and where I live, we don't have a Starbucks, so it's a treat. Most of the staff here could use a lesson on customer service. Every once in a while, we get staff that are actually happy to be there. We always ask for an extra carmel crunch. Here, lately, it takes an act of congress to get what we order. I am actively looking for a different coffee shop. One star on the atmosphere because we never enter the store, so I dont feel rating it would be right.
Usually when I drive through/to Milledgeville GA, I order at the drive through window of Starbucks on 441, at Hatcher Square Mall. Yesterday, July 3. 2025, I entered the facility in complete shock at how filthy it was. The tables, chairs, floors, window were dirty and no one made an effort to clean it.
