When I got to the drive thru, I gave my name and they told me my order was ready. When I got to the window, they said Oh actually, we don't have an order ready. I checked my app and saw i had never completed the order......so why would they tell me my order is ready and ask me to pull around? I was gonna just get back in line, but there were 9 cars in line now, so I left and went somewhere else. They could've said "we don't see it, would you like to place an order?" This Starbucks location is great! In all the time I have come here, their customer service has been top-notch, their drinks and food/dessert excellent, and their overall atmosphere is phenomenal! Would always recommend to anyone who expects the best that Starbucks has to offer! :)
For the most part this Starbucks is great, but I have one major complaint. Recently I have come here and they will have the inside closed, so you have to go through the drive thru. I mobile order for the inside so I can grab it immediately and not have to wait, but each time this has happened I have sat for 10 minutes in line at least
For the last 2 Fridays, this location has been closed and today, Sunday it is closed. Before posted closing hours. I have wasted gas and time coming all this way just to come to a closed establishment. Probably will not be coming back.
