The drink was too sweet, I ordered a venti and got a grande. Didn’t give me a receipt so she wouldn’t fix it and didn’t even make the drink right. They’re always out of everything.

I had a great experience during my recent visit, thanks to an employee named Lilly Ann. She was exceptionally friendly, professional, and made the interaction feel personal; something you don’t always expect at a chain coffee shop. Her drink recommendation was spot-on, and she went out of her way to ensure I was satisfied. Would come back again.
Horrible service. Literally over 10 mins for a black coffee ??? First time and last time ordering here. Her friend who ordered after me this elaborate drink was served before me and she talked to her the entire 10+ minutes she was there. Maybe make coffee instead of talking to your friends ?? All i order was a black coffee!!! Lilly Anne was employee name.
I always go to the other Starbucks that is for 7 brews, today I came to this one and I hated the service, there was only one sorry I waited for a drink and even then I had to wait 20 minutes for TWO drinks, and they put an absurd amount of ice, my mom took two sips and the liquid ran out, the glass was completely full of ice, very bad service
