Very rude staff at this location Starbucks do better ! The employees need better training in customer satisfaction
Probably the worst Starbucks to go to in CA, I've grown up in this town and it was great until I came to this one store! Had bad experiences every time I've visited this location of Starbucks! Never in my history of ordering coffee, even at Dutch Bros do I have to wait 30 mins for a coffee in the drive thru!!! Straight up REDICULOUS! Don't go here, to this one, it's a waste of time and efforts unless you've got 30 mins to spare.
5 Stars Stopped by the Sanger Starbucks at 512 Academy around 9:30 PM for my daughter’s 17th birthday. Riley was working the drive-thru and was incredible. She noticed it was a birthday order right at the speaker box and gave my daughter the most genuine, heartwarming 'Happy Birthday' greeting. She followed it up with a great smile at the window that made my daughter’s entire night. My daughter said it was the best birthday wish she got all day!
