I just asked them to make me a venti clover. For those of you not familiar with a clover, this is an automated version of a french press cup of coffee. The store only had Verona as the dark roast. Verona is not my favorite, So I asked if they could make me a pourover of another dark roast. Was told no other dark roast was available because they had no open bags. Great service the friendlier people! I have a large drink order every week and it is always ready when I arrive and I’m always greeted by name. The staff is super nice and the drinks are always delicious!
Nothing new. No improvements.Out of stock, slow service, poorly trained team with no quality standards for the products they serve.
We asked for extra caramel and they didn’t give it to us they seemed mad that we asked for it but they should have put it on in the first place since we asked at the speaker for it they said they would have to put the caramel in a side cup instead of just adding more to it
I believe that in-person walk-in customers should always receive priority service, over internet online orders. The awkward tension from customers and employees is like a punch in the face, when you walk in to this uncomfortable environment, where the dining room is FULL, but nobody has a coffee yet... All while we watch the arrogantly superior internet customers, worship the overfilled counter full of donuts, bags, boxes, and multicolored milkshakes spilling over the drink-caddies.
