So appalled by the rudeness of the girl behind the counter. I spend countless amounts of money at Starbucks yearly and have never experienced anything like this. I had to use the restroom and was stopped entering and told restrooms are for customers only. I am a design consultant for Andersen windows, dressed professionally, well spoken, educated and courteous. It’s 7:15, they closed early at 8 and the employees have shut the store down and just ignored me. 🤷♀️ They don’t even have the decency to say “Hey sorry we closed early.” Or anything.
Today I had extremely poor service I ordered a grande refresher with cold foam and 3/4 was foam hardly any actual drink. Also the one who made my drink was supposedly in training but nobody watched him craft my drink and the whole time he looked confused while the other staff continued business. He didn’t even bother to ask about the drink! And the staff seemed to not care when I brought it up to the 5 staff behind the counter. All that staff and nobody working with the trainee. Says open, workers are there 8:30 am as stated on their website. But when I went to counter they said "sorry were closed". Inside of the Target store.
