Went thru the drive thru waited for about 10 minutes for them to tell me they didn't have the dragon fruit, should of been told at the beginning when I ordered my drink, your store needs attention
Normally, I don’t have any issues with this location but today my drink tasted terrible and I’m pretty sure it was a new girl that made it and she was on her phone the entire time and kept talking to one of the other workers instead of making the drinks and I noticed they were really behind, and the manager looked overwhelmed. Maybe hire employees that actually do their job
Slowest Starbucks in the area. Zero urgency in anyone and drinks are wrong half the time
