Went through the drive through to Oder my drink. When paying she pulls out a device asking for a tip🤣. Are you serious. I said you didn’t deliver my drink , I’m not tipping you to make coffee. This is a joke.
I came here to wait for my son's baseball practice to finish. I decided to order my favorite drink (matcha latte with coconut milk with extra matcha) and work...but the drink doesn't taste right. I picked a corner spot to set up my work with my drink. After 30 minutes of working, there was a large shipment coming in from the front door. Barista stood and talked to customer for five minutes then told me store closed at 8 at exactly 8. It was still open when I was line. Horrendous customer service
