Just completely forgot our drink order while we are sitting at the table at the end of the counter. 5 minutes turned into 10 because these kids working just didn't care.
Honestly, super disappointed with how my visit went today to the Starbucks location today was two workers a young woman and a young man the whole time they are flirting, they are in everyone else’s business and while I was waiting for my drinks, I ordered two Frappuccino’s they were making remarks about everyone else around them. My whole entire drink was complete ice. There was no actual liquid in it and it was disgusting.
Watching a barista (with braces) talk over my drinks while making them was pretty off-putting. That’s basic hygiene- please make sure this isn’t happening. I dumped my drink right away- disgusting 🤢
Thank you Morning Crew for accommodating me and making my Carmel Apple Spice!🫶 I’m currently sick with a really sore throat and that is all I wanted and it worked wonders on my sore throat. You all are so Sweet and doing a Amazing Job🤍🤍 Thank You all again
I went through the drive through and hands me a device I have a broken wrist. I can't stretch my arm out. Then say I have to the tip! Are you great kidding me! I was waitress making 2.35 an hour with tips. I'm not tipping someone who makes a hourly wage more than a waitress.
