I got my Americano. It’s cafe was so delicious 😋 and customer services was so polite - really nicely People work here. Today is Red Cup day & I ordered ahead on the app SPECIFICALLY under the Holiday Beverages section (see photo). I saw that the white chocolate mocha was listed so I ordered that. When I got inside, the first barista gave me my drink & when I asked if she could give me the red cup she said no, you need to order a holiday drink. The manager here now is the worst. Bummer, I gotta stop at the Starbucks 3 blocks away instead. When I complained to her she just kept cutting me off telling me how I was wrong. Update: got the drink I asked for no problem at another one. She was just being so rude here!
