What can I say? It is a Starbucks but there are "good" Starbucks and there are "just okay" Starbucks. This one's great. Janice was exceptional with her hospitality and service
Didn't have my order ready when I arrived and my online order wrong. Then the worker gave me attitude about the order. Finally after arguing with me, she offered to remake my drink to the right size it should have been and still got the drink I ordered wrong. Looks like it didn't go through correctly online. But she didn't offer to help or make it right. Customer service wasn't good and as a customer I didn't feel heard or supported!
I think they brewed my coffee with mlre coffee instead of water, it felt like 100mg of caffeine per sip. I felt pretty sick afterwards.( i ordered a plain grande dark roast) Other wise, service was friendly.
What is going on with Starbucks ? I can't even taste the two espresso shots in my tall drinks anymore. Everything tastes like hot milk.
