I come here frequently and my food and drink is always prepared just the way I requested, which is great. Recently I was using the cafe and spilled my coffee on the floor and all of the team members jumped into action to assist. One of the baristas remade my drink while another mopped the floor; a third followed up with me to see if I needed anything. The whole situation was resolved in under 5 minutes and I was back to work. Really appreciate the team here!
Overall was an okay experience. The people who were making the coffee were really nice and made our drinks perfectly. However, we did go inside and order and the cashier, Robin seemed to have a bad attitude. We were polite and didn't rush in giving our orders. However, Robin seemed to be inconvenienced by everything we asked for. We got two drinks with modifications and she seemed frustrated every time we asked for something.
