Good morning, today's date is 7/1/2025. Just wanted to give you my feedback of the horrible experience/customer service I received. This is one of my to go places daily before work. I ordered a medium pike; a Carmel frap and a banana nut loaf. Upon arriving to the window Mr. Jason had a horrible attitude, not sure what the problem was. I usually get my refresher and double smoke from here! Today my strawberry acai refresher venti tastes spicy like cinnamon I have a strawberry acai venti with lemonade no inclusions and 15 pumps of CLASSIC SYRUP! It’s so nasty , smells bad and tastes bad. I’m so disappointed and I’ve called the store 8 times no answer.
