Starbucks has turned into such a disappointment as far as customer appreciation and sad to hear directly after entering the normal shouts of welcome follwed by "are you Gunna buy something because our policy"...if you ask for the restroom code the mention you must purchase something,if you ask for a cup of ice ,water ,hot water gues what all get a response of that question,no matter how hot it is outside you get no water bladder about to burst from holding it like a normal human unlike most animals out here ,sorry no restroo... read more
I hate to do this. I see the staff hustling, and they genuinely seem like good people. If you are in a hurry, don't go here. Do not go here. Or if you do, start a timer on your phone just for fun. Guaranteed you'll get to 20 minutes! My food order gets left out of their process every damn time. It's so much more important to crank out to-go orders, versus paying attention to a customer just standing in front of you. Just a, "Hi what are you waiting on?" could go so far. DoorDash went to the food pickup station for 10 minutes without any response. The drinks behind the waiter were ready but they were left unpacked. I had no choice but to cancel the order.
