Ordered two cold coffees via mobile order and picked them up immediately, but both drinks were very watery. When I mentioned it, the barista kept saying I must have picked them up late and that the ice had melted which wasn’t true. Even after a remake, the drinks tasted the same, and I was again told to “pick up on time” instead of acknowledging the issue. Mistakes can happen, but staff should accept feedback, learn, and improve, not place the blame on customers. For Starbucks management - 03/01 6:35pm
What a huge disappointment! I couldn’t even drink what I paid almost $12 for! A simple skinny vanilla latte with some extra expresso but got a lot of film on the top and a huge amount of crud on the bottom. I wish I had taken pics. It was disgusting.
Great service! FYI not a drive through but easy parking.
