I use the mobile app in order two caramel ribbon crunches with extra crunch. It was supposed to be ready at 1:26 PM and I’m still sitting here at 1:36 PM waiting for my coffee. What’s the point of ordering ahead when they don’t honor their completion times or pick up times and don’t even start making it until 10 minutes after you arrive.
