I love Starbucks variety of healthier food and great coffee options. When compared to other chains anyhow. Only chain that's open early and has a better price than most competitors.
one purchase generally entitles you to stay for a reasonable period, rather than needing to buy something every time you enter. I understand and respect Starbucks’ policy requiring a purchase to use the lobby. However, earlier that morning we had already purchased breakfast and drinks. This is the only starbucks I go to like 3 times a week. They go above and beyond. everyone is always extremely nice and helpful. there's seating and a bar where you can put milk and sugar in your coffee. my drinks no matter how much i customize always come out perfect and 10 times better than any other starbucks ive been to. the baristas Emily and Jeff and many others are consistently and awesome making my drinks. they always draw cute things on my cups and always have a smile. their enthusiasm and happiness leaves me smilin... read more
They got just about everything wrong. The staff acts like they are doing you a FAVOR not their job. I go to about 12 Starbucks a month and this was the worst one. The staff was incredible rude, unprofessional and inappropriate. They messed up our order and then gave attitude when they had to remake it. Embarrassing.
