Nitro is hit or miss with it being available. ** They need to have CASHLESS tips! Please give them the opportunity to gain tips with the card paying customers. - it’s sad, there’s only $1-3 dollars in their little tip jar at all times.
Just went in and got told they don’t take cash unless it’s exact change?? What kind of ridiculous rule is that.
They’re closed before their listed times. Do not go after 7pm. What a joke.
Insane that these baristas aren’t trained to make more than one drink at once. 15 minutes between each customer. Stood there for 30 minutes prior while she prepped. Not a “thank you for your patient”, nothing.
Showed up 10 minutes before they open. 6 am I walk in and a young lady is at the counter. There’s still a closed sign. I asked her if they are open because she doesn’t say a single word. She replies “ we should open at 6. So I ask her again what time are you going to open. She didn’t seem to happy. She replied 15 minutes with an unsure face. Horrible customer service
