We stopped by at 8:33 PM but were told we couldn’t place an order because the machines had already been cleaned, even though the store wasn’t closing until 9 PM. It was disappointing and felt like poor customer service.

Went there on Monday around 5.30pm, Starbucks is closed, no one were there at the counter. Close time says 9pm. If no employee is present frequently, please update the close time on the website so we will not stop by and waste our time.
Went to pick up my order, and the kid running the store said that they were closed. It was 7:45pm and they don’t close until 9pm. Maybe employ people who want to work.
