I was working remotely on my laptop at this Starbucks earlier today (3/11/26, morning shift) and witnessed an interaction that honestly left a bad taste in my mouth. A customer politely asked an employee when his drink would be ready. He then stepped outside to grab his phone so he could show the cashier his order.
