I mobile ordered a few drinks, including a drip coffee, but when I got there the machine was down. One employee offered an Americano, which I declined since it’s not the same, and mentioned I could get a refund. Zora, the cashier, stepped in and offered to make me a pour-over instead, which I didn’t even know was an option. She was kind and helpful, especially on a busy Saturday morning. She made my drink and let me know she could remake it if needed. I really appreciated her taking the time to make it right. Thank you Zora.
