There is no drive through at this location.
Took so long to get anyone to even make eye contact. Super slow service 15minutes for a latte, with no one in line in front of me. I understand busy but it was not that busy, I understand mistakes happen but wow. Don’t be short with a customer when the mistake was on your team. Will avoid this location going forward.
Starbucks is a great place to meet a friend, or just grab a cup of joe! Their food and coffee quality is excellent!
HORRIBLE customer service. She was very rude when taking my order like I was bothering her, she has glasses & short hair. She never asked for my name and she assumed my name was “Jose” just because I looked Hispanic LOL. Smh racist The drink tasted so nasty as well. Will not be going there ever again & I suggest you don’t either.
