Terrible Starbucks the manger was nasty
To the Starbucks Customer Care Team, I would like to share feedback regarding a recent mobile order experience. On April 17, 2026, I placed an order through the Starbucks app at 8:00 AM. The app indicated an expected completion time of 8:30 AM due to longer-than-usual wait times. I received the first item, a cappuccino, at 8:55 AM — 25 minutes past the quoted time. This location is hands down the best in Stuart! I door dash regularly, so I frequent a lot of places, however, this location has made me go back for when my family wants Starbucks! Familiar faces are always great, but even new faces there, they all still have the wonderful attitude to keep you coming back! Keep up the good work y'all!!!
Reason for 3 stars - this particular location is consistently "out" of things. There was no caramel, no protein foam or additives - there weren't even any napkins in the dispenser. Service was prompt on the food portion of the order but then took way too long for our drinks - a cappuccino and a Mocha cookie crunch frappe 🥴 This was a Thursday, late morning...not that busy. A bit disappointing. This is why this Starbucks location is not my first choice for something to eat and drink - sorry
I''m not one to write reviews BUT I needed to rave about this Starbucks! All of the workers had great energy and were so kind! They all looked like they actually enjoyed their job and liked eachother. Service was quick, and my drink and food were all AMAZING. The store was clean, music was perfect, overall a great experience!
