Every time I order something it's always terrible. This time I ordered a iced Caramel macchiato and it was literally a half shot of espresso and damn near a full cup of milk and barely any Caramel. Plus every one who ordered after me got their drinks before me. Terrible service and product
This location is terrible. Always runs out of products to make most of their coffees. I live two blocks (walking distance) away from this location and its a shame I have to always leave and drive to another location to get the coffee I want. The employees dont seem to care when they run of out items and just shrug their shoulders about it. Please do better with your customer service and stocking up on ingredients for your coffees.
I ordered large iced shaken espresso with oat milk, and large ice Caramel Macchiato, cold brew, ice laveder latte and gift cards. The lavander latte and cold brew were good. But the shaken espresso and caramel macchiato were so milky and something was off.
