Terrible quality and they're always out of items. They also don't fill the drinks to the top. The employees need better training
Friendly but horrendously understaffed. I had to wait 45 minutes for a single drink.
Slowest Starbucks ever, if you’re trying to get a coffee in between classes, forget about making it to your next class on time.
The customer service was shockingly bad. There was a newer cashier at the register and she was being rude to the customer in front of me but I assumed maybe they had an odd request…I used to work at starbucks for years lol. then i went up to order and she barely even talked to me. Rolled her eyes when i said i wanted to order food as well and when i gave her my name (4 letters) she managed to just give my first initial instead of spelling it out? i’ve bought from this location twice and both times have had my order made completely wrong. the second time i even showed the drink on the app to the barista and she still gave me the wrong drink & size if you want a drink don’t expect it to be what you asked for
